ALL RETURNS AND EXCHANGES ARE SUBJECT TO THE FOLLOWING CONDITIONS:
Returns must be postmarked within 30 days from delivery of your order. The merchandise must be in its original condition, unworn, unwashed, unsoiled with labels intact.
If you are returning an item (s) for ANY reason and these include but not limited to the following: Did not like the style, fit, was not as expected, did not like material, color, etc. and are NOT requesting an exchange, a refund (MINUS SHIPPING FEES) will be issued to the credit card used in the original transaction. The item (s) being returned must meet company return/exchange policy.
If you request an exchange that is lower in value than the returned item (s), the difference will be credited back to the credit card used in the original transaction. If you request a replacement (s) of higher value, the difference must be paid before the exchange is processed. Note: We do not keep or store any credit card info. Please provide us with the c.c. number to charge the difference.
GO SOFTWEAR/AMERICAN JOCK merchandise that has been purchased through OTHER retailers must be returned directly to them and ARE subject to their own return/exchange guidelines.
GO SOFTWEAR/AMERICAN JOCK stand behind their products, therefore if any issue should arise due to a flaw in manufacturing and is within reason, we will make every attempt to correct the problem.
Certain products are excluded from our general return policy for hygiene reasons. These include: ANY UNDERWEAR AND SWIMWEAR!
ALL SALE ITEMS ARE FINAL SALE! If you purchase something on sale chances are we are discontinuing that style, color, etc. Therefore, NO REFUNDS, please keep that in mind before ordering sale merchandise.
